I am very sorry about the shoes again. I thought you were going to not accept the order and return them. I contacted Poshmark and tried to get the order canceled, but since you accepted the order and the fund was already released, they said they could not help me. They said that you should bring the complain to Poshmark support team directly. Please reach out to them, so you can get a shipping label from them, return and get your refund.
