racegal I ordered the Henley on February 8, 2022. It’s Feb 14th. You’ve sold shipped other person and been online but nothing with my order. I guess I’ll just cancel. Don’t understand. Havnt heard a word from you. Ty.

macayla_coleman @racegal hi I just responded to you. I shipped your order out earlier today. Not sure why it has not marked as shipped. The post office near me is not open during the weekends and I typically work till 7:00 or 8:00pm.

racegal @macayla_coleman have hesitated to respond to your Request for a Rating…Bc I was very upset about the way you handled my purchase & shipping. I paid full price. didn’t ask for an item or shipping discount. Then waited day after day to hear an update. I purchased on TuesFeb 8. Nothing that night, or Wed, Thursday, Friday, Sat, Sun, and Monday till after 3pm, when I finally said I was canceling.

racegal Only then did you respond 3 hrs later. But not with an apology. Only that it went out that afternoon and your POST OFF is closed on weekends. Yet it’s been almost a week and I see you’re active during this time, you’ve posted sold and rcvd a love note.. So I cannot figure out why you’re not acknowledging me. I know your area well. There’s several post off open on Sat within 4-5 miles. Or could’ve been dropped in any box in the po lobby or a mailing store.

racegal Regardless, I feel that you should have simply told me you forgot and apologized. Now that you are requesting a rating, I will put this in my notes. I thought it would be better to say nothing, but I guess you feel you deserve better.

macayla_coleman @racegal trust me I did not request your rating. I answered your comment less than a few hours after posting stating that it had already been shipped. I also included a free item. I appreciate the time and dedication you went into googling the post offices around me, unfortunately you cannot google my work schedule. I feel uncomfortable having any further communication with you since you have taken such an interest into the location of where I live. I have many other 5 star reviews.
