curvycallalily Hi! I just wanted to touch base with you & let you know what was going on. I haven't accepted the cover up yet, because I haven't received it. It was supposed to be delivered on 6/8/18, but the PO claims there was no secure place to leave it, even though I already had 2 pkgs delivered by them that same day to my doorstep. Then they left a note in my mailbox stating that it was a COD for $18.00???

curvycallalily I called the next day & was promised it would be shipped to me again, but they never did. I left the country on vacation that Monday so all I could do was reschedule delivery for my return date which was 6/15/18, but they still didn't deliver it! I was finally able to speak to them again today & was told that it was lost & I needed to make a claim.

curvycallalily I have contacted Poshmark about this to let them know it was not your fault, but I wanted to touch base with you myself. I'm sorry I didn't sooner, but I really thought I would have gotten it straight by now. I don't know how to proceed, I have never had this happen before. I'm so sorry. :(

curvycallalily @maceyshock I know & I absolutely hate it. I promise you I fought with them over this, it just makes me sick. Apparently every time my regular carrier has too much work they give some of the bulk to other drivers & every time that happens I get bogus excuses why my packages aren't being delivered.

curvycallalily This was the first time they have actually lost one though. I guess I am going to wait on Poshmark & see what the next step is. They usually only take about a day to get back, so I will touch base as soon as I hear from them. xo

I was certainly upset that the item had not been accepted yet, so I do apologize for being mad in a situation that I clearly didn’t have all the information. I do apologize I really should've reached out sooner, but I was promised it would be delivered by that Saturday & then Sunday we were packing to get on our flight to Mexico, so my brain was already on vacation lol. curvycallalily @maceyshock Hi again. So I haven't heard anything yet from Poshmark, but Mrs. Carter from the PO called me back & said they had found the package! But she said it was a COD. She told me the that the package was sent via Priority Mail Express which is more than the Priority Mail, so I would have to pay $18.00 for delivery. She sent the package back to you.

maceyshock @mbt2myq it was sent with the label provided by posh. I don’t believe it said express on it. It seems as though your P.O. has some things confused. That makes no sense! I’m sorry you’re having to deal with that. I hope to actually receive the package in the next few days. Thank you for all of your detective work and communication!!

curvycallalily @maceyshock I am telling you they are slack! I wish Posh would offer some different shipping options. Please let me know if you do get it back. I tracked it again a little while ago & it showed that it was refused at 11:29AM that was a few hours before she called me back to say they had found it. Something is definitely up. If there is anything I can do to help you recoup any cost please let me know. I am just so sorry this has happened.
