aj_florence I'm sorry you were not pleased with the packaging of the Dooney Bucket Bag. I did the best I could with the materials I had available. It was wrapped in plastic bag in case the box got wet, that way it would be protected. I cannot afford fancy packing materials, that's why I'm selling these purses because I need money. I am so so sad that you are disappointed. I hate to have a bad rating on my record when I've had such success so far. Again I'm really sorry.
