thousandlulu Hi there. I see you rated my item with 3 stars. In order to improve my customers experience I like to ask what I can do to improve? Both items you purchased were new in packaging. I’m not sure how I could improve on cleanliness as they were both new and unopened or packaging? I didn’t want to alter the package they come in. As far as item description that is directly from the manufacturer website. I couldn’t explain it any better.

It ways a lot ,to be careful when picking up box ,I put this side up ,glass in side BECAREFUL and all that good stuff so you get it as it is posted. , took a long time to let it go it my husband favorite it no room now he's in remote cars the big ones so I have more different kids to post

Lean or packaged well I don't know how much cleaner you can get a skull ,I don't know what it's made off but I read it with two cleaners plus this polish then rapped it with my colorful tissue then I rapped in bubble paper and put bubble paper inside box ,I gave you a good discount because you bought from me before ,but I didn't go back to see what you bought till you gave me a bad review

addymcq @12machelle You "just don't" give 5 stars at all? That's really screwed up. You do realize that messes up peoples stats for absolutely no reason, right? I sent your item immediately- You ordered on the 1st and had it on the 4th! The item was brand new and in tons of bubble wrap in a box. There was no reason for it to be anything but 5 stars. I wish I had read these comments before accepting your offer- I never would have sold to you.
