@mackcarr you can definitely file return claims. It typically takes Poshmark 3 days to hear from both sides and then they decide whether or not to issue the refund once the item is shipped back. You can only return an item if it was not as described or has damage to it that was not disclosed. You can’t return something if it does not fit. A lot of people will just choose to “reposh” the item or list it in your own closet to sell to someone else
