I purchased this item at Nordstrom's for $200 awhile back & it was only used for 2 days. So, it's basically brand new with no signs of wear. lhughes52 Hi Mackie! I received the Apple Watch, but during the set up of the watch, your Apple ID is still on it (even after I factory restored). It redirected me on what to do if the watch was purchased as a resell, but it said to contact the original owner. Thanks for the quick shipping!

lhughes52 @mackiemethod or follow the steps on support.apple.com/kb/TS4515 I believe you just have to sign onto iCloud and remove Apple Watch from your device list. Let me know if that works and you can always email me if it's easier to discuss.
