lolamaine Hello, hope you are well. Quick question. I purchased a black leather Coach Bleecker Legacy handbag from you in July 2020. I recently reposted it, and the buyer opened a case on me, claiming the straps had been cut, and the bag was damaged/stained, etc. I actually never used the bag. I’m wondering if you could provide some feedback? Were the straps ever cut? I certainly saw nothing of issue...
