macyhufstetler @felishasdcali it still says it has an activation lock. It’s asking me to use the ID that was used to set up the watch ): it’s saying that a password is required because the previous owner has used Find My iPhone to link it to their Apple ID. I’m not sure how to remove the device from the account other than going to the Apple ID in settings and select the device and press remove /: maybe through the Apple Watch app? I tried googling things and maybe it’s through the app

macyhufstetler @felishasdcali or maybe on the computer, it may require going to Apple.com and sign into your iCloud and Find My iPhone and remove the device from there. Sorry, if nothing works I will take it to Apple! But thank you so much for your time!

felishasdcali @macyhufstetler hi I did find my device and unlink. That’s weird that it’s still not working. I went back into I cloud and it said it was disconnected :( .... I’ll research to and see what I can figure out.

felishasdcali When I go into the Apple Watch App on my phone, it says “link to a new watch” since it’s no longer linked. That was the first thing I did when I sold it to you.

macyhufstetler @felishasdcali hello! I went and talked to someone from Apple and they gave me some guidelines that would help! 1. On a computer, go to iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID. 2. Go to Find My iPhone. 3. Select All Devices, then click your Apple Watch. 4. Click Erase Apple Watch. Select Next until the device is erased. 5. Click X (to delete) next to your Apple Watch I hope this is helpful!! I appreciate your time so much!
