fowleral Sorry to hear about the jacket. I'm shocked as I had just washed and dried it the night before packaging. I also come from a smoke free home. In addition, I am unsure what you meant by the order arriving late, as I did specifically comment and tell you I would ship Monday ASAP which I did. If I hadn't shipped in the time Poshmark allotted me they would have canceled the order. I have never had a one star review and feel terrible about this but wanted to make sure you knew the background.
