markmeposh @maddiepal12 I've escalated with Poshmark. It's hard to get past bots to a real person to listen! You should be able to keep your purse AND get the repair from shipping damage covered. 😑 If Poshmark doesn't fix this by the end of the week, I will cover the repair myself out of my own pocket. Lmk if your address is the best place to send money to, or if there's an app you like.
