kelsylikesshoes can you please let me know what I could have done to improve your buying experience and earn 5 stars instead of just 4? I'd like to know how I can improve and what made you feel that I didnt deserve 5 stars? I mean I communicated, I packaged well, shipped and it was delivered timely. I dont know if youre aware but USPS has been backed up since early December. its been all over the news. Even now they still are. thanks.
