maddiemilward @sidneybelle I received the jacket while I was away because of the delay of shipping and just had the chance to open it and the zipper is broken which you did not disclose. if possible I would like to return the item back to you and get a full refund with shipping cost covered because of this inconvenience.

fashrecommerce @maddiemilward you’ll need to take this up with Poshmark support because in my hands the jacket didn’t have this issue. It’s the lowest rating I’ve received without direct communication from a buyer. My willingness to go above and beyond as a dedicated seller to support you (and all my buyers) and take you at your word, offer you another item of equal value or a full refund has diminished and additionally because you blame this one “delayed shipment t” when you were fully aware.

maddiemilward @sidneybelle poshmark has been emailed! not blaming the issue on delay of shipment more on the fact that because of it I was out of town for college move in. when I received the package the zipper was broken and that was not disclosed, i’m not quite sure how it could’ve broken in a package? hopefully poshmark will be able to settle the issue because I was very excited about the jacket.
