Hi there, I’m sorry your package never arrived. The status appears as delivered, so I’m not sure exactly what happened. I will say I’m bummed that you rated your purchase 1-star instead of reaching out to Poshmark. You should be able to reach out about not receiving the package even though it’s listed as delivered, and they will refund you. They have steps listed in their FAQs page. I hope the package shows up, or you’re able to get your money back. ❤️
