@malebie Just wanted to post this here as well, in case you missed it. For that pair of Hurley shorts, the waist measurement is 15" when flat (roughly 30" circumference) and the length of the out-seam from waist to end of shorts is 10". These shorts have a stretchy waist band as well, so they would fit comfortably for slightly larger waist sizes.
