marinasstratu Hi, I just received the jacket, it’s lovely but I see that it was washed and now the feathers are clumped together forming small balls, it says no drying only hanging to dry on the label, so any ideas how to fix that? I really love the jacket ill try to fix it, otherwise I’m gonna return it back.
