liabrewer Trying to find out if i can get you some money back for shipping since you did 2 separate bundles. I am new and don't know the ins and outs yet. Do I need to cancel the orders and start again?! Do you know? They probably won't answer me for awhile.

maddydeh @liabrewer I don't know. I have only ordered thru Poshmark a couple of times. I know one time a seller just put cash in with my order to "reimburse" me for shipping....if you want to send both orders in one shipment, that is fine with me (and you could just put shipping fee for second order in with my order???) I honestly didn't see the other two packages you had in your closet, or I would have bundled all of them together last night!!! Whatever works out..... Thanks. Maddy

liabrewer I can't find a way around it. I guess I should just wait the 24 hours for them to respond, sorry. It won't let me mark it as shipped without clicking that I used the label.

maddydeh @liabrewer So you can't just print the label, include it in package .... or put it on an empty envelope to be mailed out (without anything in envelope?) So you would have "used" the label!

liabrewer They responded. They said to cancel the order, rebundle and then send. They are assuming I know how to do all that! I'll try to get it worked out. Part of the problem is that I already printed out one label! They don't know that so not sure what kind of a mess this will be. They said if I didn't cancel and rebundle then one would show not shipped and they wouldn't release my money. So Keep an eye out, I will TRY to rebundle.

If you haven't shipped out the items, we kindly recommend cancelling the order on the buyers behalf, making the items available again for re-purchase, and then having the buyer purchase the items all together in a bundle. This way the items can be tracked properly and there will be no delay in releasing your funds to you. This also ensures that the buyer is only being charged one shipping fee.

liabrewer Ugh! Because I already printed the label it isn't letting me cancel. I can cancel the second one, but not the first. I'll have to put in another question and now it's the weekend. You'd think you could just cancel this stuff!!

maddydeh @liabrewer Ok, so i just got the message that both orders were canceled. How am I suppose to reorder? Totaling what I offered and you accepted, this amounts to $41.00 ($26 for first order, $15 for second order --- and then tax and shipping )??? Or can you just do this or your end (and I don't have to do anything??)

liabrewer They are still showing as sold. I would think that they would become available again and then you could just rebundle and make the offer again. I don't know how long you have to wait though. A wait time wasn't mentioned.

maddydeh @liabrewer How many sets of these do you have total? When I originally placed the orders, there were 5 sets total...now in your closet, there appears to be 7 sets? And 2 no longer say sold on them...but 5 do..

liabrewer This is killing me! I can't seem to change anything else! I already have them wrapped up. Let me pull them out and count. I THINK there were 2 of each sets on the cardboard and one set loose. Yes, that is correct. 2 sets each of the ones on the cardboard and one set of loose. I guess I had to make them available again, but it would let me do anything esle

liabrewer I put in another question to them. I hope they answer soon! I would HATE for someone else to buy them. I saw that there is someway to reserve items, but when I click on it there is an error and I can't find out. Maybe if you know, you can do it. Maybe it won't release the other 2 pairs because of the label that was printed, I don't know.

The 3 sets I put in my bundle last nite remain there, and the other 2 sets are still marked "SOLD", so I am unable to put them in my bundle. Sigh..... Hoping someone gets back to you soon with suggestions on how to fix this.... thanks for all you are doing.

liabrewer @maddydeh Just in case my question got lost, I sent it a SECOND time and STILL nothing. So much for 24 hours! If we don't get something by tomorrow, I have an idea. Not sure it will work, but we can try it tomorrow if we get no response. I am really sorry. There is no phone number to call, so I can 't get a human. If I hear anything tonight I will let you know. We WILL resolve it tomorrow, one way or the other!

liabrewer @maddydeh So, I don't know why I have heard nothing. Do you want to continue to wait? Here is what I was thinking. It's just the one bundle that didn't get released. Maybe I can just relist the items in that bundle, you re-bundle and Then we are done. I would assume ( now) that since the bundles were cancelled the label I printed wouldn't be an issue?? They TOLD me not to send in the cancel e-mail. I think that could work. Then I will ship together and you will just pay the one shipping.

maddydeh @liabrewer I was just able to put all 5 in my bundle!!! Not sure if it will work, as when I added the last set, it said "error", but it put it in my bundle, and says I have 5 in there!! Woo Hoo! I am going to offer the $41 I mentioned Friday....that was $26 for the first 3 sets, and $15 for the 2 sets after that ... and then shipping and tax of course.
