Hi—you put an offer on my Anthropologie Risa pillow. I just discovered today that it has a small hole. 😕 I am going to post a picture of the hole before I counter or accept your offer. It is on the back side of the pillow, and is not very noticeable. I guess that is why I just saw it today! Please see the photo of the hole, and let me know if you are still interested. I will lower the pillow price now.

Hi—I’m so sorry about all the issues, but I tried to ship your pillow out today, and with the insert inside it is so big, it breaks the largest USPS box. How would you feel about me sending you a $10 gift card with just the pillow cover, to compensate? I’m so sorry! I thought the pillow would fit once squished down, but it won’t. 😐 Let me know!

@ma19bd I cannot, but I tried to. The box broke. I went ahead and shipped without the insert along with a $10 gift card, so I could make it before they closed. I had not yet heard from you at that point. You can order one on amazon or Target.com for less than $10. Would you like me to contact Poshmark?

@ma19bd okay. I looked into this earlier. You will have to go through Poshmark to deny the item upon arrival. I couldn’t reach anyone by phone. I thought you would use a Starbucks gift card. I’m sorry about the problem, and that we couldn’t work it out!
