Walking and yoga okay? What do u think....Should I add free weights to it?? I don’t want to build but just firm. What do u suggest? 3-5 lbs or heavy weights? I’ll never be a bodybuilder but I’d like a firm Pilates like look without Pilates. Too expensive. If there anything u want in my closet. Let me know. 😘😘😘
