@widlowski4 thank u. Just found your Instagram. U need to post more often. Ok, I need to get serious about getting back in shape. Small meals? 5 times a day? Protein? Veggies? No alcohol? Walking and yoga okay? What do u think....Should I add free weights to it?? I don’t want to build but just firm. What do u suggest? 3-5 lbs or heavy weights? I’ll never be a bodybuilder but I’d like a firm Pilates like look without Pilates. Too expensive. If there anything u want in my closet. Let me know. 😘😘😘

@samantha_sf_ca I totally recommend adding free weights, your body gets stuck when you stick to small routine. I think using weights would tighten you up real quick
