madigabimace @pruettbiewers i appreciate your feedback:) however if the buyer has to be the one to cancel the item if you have changed your mind. If the seller cancels an item, poshmart responde to it as if I have chosen to take my item down as if I have chosen to no longer sell it. If you could cancel your order all will be made right :) thank you!

madigabimace @pruettbiewers if I do not ship the item that you bought, my item will be labeled as “sold.” And failing to ship on a non canceled order will automatically give me a poor rating.

pruettbiewers They won't let me cancel it. I have tried. I was not aware that making an offer was an automatic buy. There should be correspondence between buyer and seller to make sure both agree. Poshmark apparently makes an automatic buy. I tried to cancel it within 5 mins. I told my mom I was making an offer and she said she already ordered me boots. If you can wait for the 24 to 48 hours it says that poshmark will respond I would appreciate it. Sorry for the problem.

pruettbiewers Thank you. I did go to accidental purchase and they won't cancel the "make an offer" purchase until it ships. To me that is a waste of money in shipping. I wrote them an email and they said they would respond in 24 to 48 hours. That's why I asked you to wait. Maybe we can fix it before the shipping. Thank you for understanding and I will get back with you as soon as they answer me.

pruettbiewers Hi Madeline, I received a response from Poshmark. This is what they said; Seller's have the ability to cancel orders on their end at any time! We ask to make sure you are tagging the seller, that way they are getting notified. You can tag a user while leaving a comment by typing the @ symbol before their username e.g. @username and it will automatically be linked to their profile. In the event your order has not shipped after 7 days from the date it was purchased, you will be able to cancel the

madigabimace @pruettbiewers as I suspected, when I canceled the order it is still labeled as “sold” and now I can no longer sell the boots. I am a little frustrated with Poshmart. (Not your fault, just an update)
