anitaandmaddie @lj888 Hi, I ran into the exact same issue when I try to put in my email address to give to you. I contacted Poshmark support in the app and let them know I sent you the wrong item. They said they would be in touch with you. They are usually pretty prompt and attentive. Again I apologize for this inconvenience & so appreciate your honesty & willingness to help!

arod1076 The pink Cherokee sandals I purchased from you are clearly size 6 Youth rather than size 6 Women, as listed. Size 6 Youth= size 7.5 in women's, so they are huge on me. I requested a refund with photos showing the sandals I purchased from you on one foot and size 6 women's sandal I own on the other foot, and photos with a measuring tape that show the sandals you sold me are more than an inch longer. Girls and women sizes are not the same. It's up to the seller to list them correctly. Super dis.

arod1076 Disappointed. The request was denied because the shoes were not "mis-sized". Apparently, no consideration is given to the fact that Size 6 means something completely different for Girls and Women's shoes. This was my first Poshmark purchase, and I'm shocked there's no accountability. I will not be back. Mostly letting you know so that hopefully you will list your shoes more carefully in the future and others won't waste money.
