i contacted poshmark support and they just emailed me back stating that you have to file a wrong item claim then it will say there’s a case in review and then I’m supposed to be able to go on and be able to print out a new shipping label so I can send you the right product and you are supposed to be able to go on and print a label to send that wrong item back to me I’m going to send you the pic I took with the steps to take
