amversp Hi! I just got your sting message on the t shirt you purchased. I honestly did not find a hole in it before listing/sending it out, and I’m very sorry for the oversight. I’ve contacted customer support to see if they can refund you my earnings on it. I’ll let you know if/when I hear back.

amversp @m_goh I heard back and they said they don’t offer refunds on behalf of sellers, but if you wanted to return the shirt then you can reach out to CS for further assistance. I’m sorry I’m not able to do more on my end
