nyposhboss @mbhavan great closet! Look at the # of shares on the top of your closet main page and check out the # at the top of mine. Increase this # and you’ll increase the traffic to your closet. mbhavan @aliciainbagland @aliciainbagland hi! Thank you for the warm welcome. I'm still fairly new to selling on poshmark. So still learning 😅. I sold something this week and a return case was opened this morning stating the pillows are fake. she said that the tag says something called bed boss instead of Nectar. she is clearly trying to scam me. I think there is a 3 day time limit. do you have any advice on what my next steps should be and how to prevent this in the future?

aliciainbagland @mbhavan Ok, I didn’t know which item you we’re talking about. I see... Was the item RETURNED to you already??? If you’re the one that has the item now, you do want to open the box you sent it in. You can take additional pics to prove “your side of the story.” Both Buyer & Seller have that right. Hope this helped.
