closetbyjanice Madi this is Janice. You ordered the Free People sweeter. I sent the wrong one. Will send correct one Monday. When you get the package would you not open it and put RETURN TO SENDER and we won’t pay postage.

madi_arenas @closetbyjanice Thats okay, mistakes happen sometimes! :) I think you can clock on my order and click “Problems/Order Inquiry”. Then you can click sent the wrong item. I’m not sure what happens after that

closetbyjanice @madi_arenas I tried that and Sent Wrong Item is not one of my choices to click. My daughter walked me thru it and on her phone she had listed SWI but it was not on mine. I will find out how to post Return To Sender on the package and we will do it that way. I will pay postage to get this to you. If we don’t open it and RTS is on package I won’t have to pay to get it back. I will let you know Mon.,

closetbyjanice Madi, I called PO. They said all we have to do is write on the package REFUSED or RETURN TO SENDER. She said cannot open. Maybe PO will deliver package to door and you can give it to them. Let me know.

madi_arenas I just got it! Poshmark emailed me and said when I get it I’ll have to do the order inquiry and take pictures to prove it is the wrong item. So do I go ahead and do that? Or just write on it and take it back to the post office?

closetbyjanice @madi_arenas Here is what they said. Ask me not to send my package out yet. Instead for you to open a formal return case. So I guess you need to keep the box until we here from them. So do not write on box and hold it until you do a formal return.

madi_arenas @closetbyjanice that’s okay! So I think if I open a “case”, and take pics to show that the wrong item was sent, they’ll approve it and give me a new label so I can send it back to you. However, I don’t if they’ll give you a new label so you can send the correct one back, or if we’ll have to cancel the order and do it again
