eileenrobert Dear Madina. I am so sorry about the soul of the shoe lifting. I OK for you to have a refund and hopefully Poshmark will do so. However, you can keep the shoes if you want because all I’m going to do is possibly donate them. If you return them maybe you can glue them back together.

eileenrobert @mrakhmonova it’s OK I’m telling you that you can keep the shoes for free. Poshmark is going to tell you to return it but just disregard that as the seller I’m telling you you can just keep them.

eileenrobert @mrakhmonova can you check to see if Poshmark already gave you a refund.? I don’t know if they need to see the shoe returned before they will give you a refund . if they already gave you a refund there’s no need to return the shoes to me.

eileenrobert @mrakhmonova hello I’m sorry it’s not as straightforward as me just saying you can have a refund and keep the shoes. Poshmark makes these decisions where in they will give you a refund but they are also expecting you to return the shoes. The email they sent me said they will refund you when the shoes are returned so even though I want you to keep the shoes, they’re not gonna give you money back unless you send them back to me. I’m so sorry.
