mnbrownn @savvyleeg The jeans that were sold to me were listed as NWT. I bought the jeans trusting that listing. The jeans did not come with tags, but instead, company tags that do not show any signs of the jeans necessarily being new. These tags can be removed and put back on. My interpretation of NWT is that the price tag is on the article of clothing which is evident in even some of your own listings.

mnbrownn @savvyleeg The jeans also had the gap label crossed out in the interior of the jeans. The purpose of this purchase was as a gift and due to the description not properly upholding the standards of NWT, I am requesting a refund.

redeemed_market @mnbrownn Okay. Thanks for your response. I assumed that NWT meant that the tags were attached. I did not realize that the price needed to be on them. Also, I bought them at a discount store where they do sometimes mark through the label or brand name in order to sell at a discount. That is why I did not think to mention it. You can see the mark in the first photo, but I can see why it may have been overlooked.

elieris @mnbrownn I’ve sent them 2 emails already. I was told I had to wait 10 days to allow them to update and the 10 days passed on 11/06. I haven’t revived a response yet. You can try to email them too to see if they respond faster. You can do it on the app.
