kcs336 Hi there! U should be getting ur bean boots ASAP. I was talking to my fiancé (who shipped them 4 me bc I had to work) and I asked him what they looked like&what he clean them with. He gave me a blank stare! I sincerely apologize if they are dirty or the laces are undone.

kcs336 Typical he didn’t even THINK to check if they were presentable! I usually clean/iron, wrap w/ tissue paper, & send a note. I feel like you’ve been cheated on this! Anyway, I just wanted to apologize if they are not up to standard. I hope u still love them!
