krem13inna7 @madisonkerr457 It was absolutely unfair rating of item. You received porcelain bowls safe and sound and rated 2 star just because of “styrofoam mess” ?!?! If not for styrofoam you might receive shattered dishes. I wish you will ship one time breakables and realize it is not easy. Thank you for your purchase! I wish you review and change rating

madisonkerr457 if you reread the review I wrote how I appreciated the attempt to make sure the item received undamaged which it was. And I have shipped many fragile items to family out of state but never once put bits and pieces of styrofoam to package. I apologize you found the review unfair. I will edit and give you 1 more star as the item was undamaged and beautiful but I still feel the packaging could of been much better prepared.
