Unfortunately because I didn’t hear back I started to purchase other items due to being on a time constraint due to it being for my significant other’s birthday, and am only able to offer $250 and would need it to arrive by 12/5/19 (we’re leaving for a trip the next day and I wanted to surprise him with it) - would you consider this offer?
