Hi there! I’m sorry you were so underwhelmed with your purchase. Thank you for noting I put a lot of effort into my mystery boxes, as I do. I care so much and want everyone to have the best experience and be happy with their surprises. I just want to explain a bit of my thought process of putting the box together so that you know I truly wanted you to love it. Including taxes but not shipping the total of the entire box was about $400. I list my boxes for $65 as you know.

The urban outfitters sweater, pixi product and mvmt sunglasses were all brand new with tags or in original packaging. The Zara jeans worn once as well as the tshirt. As for the shirt I thought of it as a nice layering piece, the brand Mott & Bow is constantly collaborating with bloggers and their clothing is great quality.

You noted the Pixi product did not fit in the the trendy vibe, I have to disagree as they are a top selling well known brand to collaborate with many huge influencers. Which did match the theme “Trendy Blogger”. I do realize you can purchase Pixi at shoppers, as well as benefit, too faced and other high end and drugstore brands.

There are so many outlets you can purchase makeup and skincare brands from so when making the box I don’t think of “shoppers” or “Walmart”. My thought process is which brands are highly marketed in the blogger/influencer world.

You were my first poor review so I just wanted to explain my side and let you know it wasn’t my intention for you to be disappointed. In fact I made essentially the same box with the Pixi mask and same brands that I sent to someone else and they were ecstatic about every single item. I also kept that in mind when making yours.
