ringer451 My package that was supposed to have a bottle of shampoo came empty. No bottle of shampoo at all. Just 3 green cushion fillings were the only thing in package. Thanks a lot!

lashygirl76 Good morning. I recently purchased a bundle from you (Yamato). I got a notice that it is at the post office but they are requiring $25.10 in shipping. On this website it states to refuse package and posh mark will reissue a new packing label, I wanted to give you a heads up that it is on its way back to you. I still want the product, but shipping was supposed to be free.

lashygirl76 Not sure. Below is what is on the website below. Guessing they gave you the wrong shipping label? I DO want the product. If you are being asked to pay additional postage, it is likely that the package is overweight or the wrong box was used for shipping. If you receive a package with additional postage due upon delivery, we recommend refusing the package. It will be delivered back to the seller and we can issue them a new label so that they can repackage and reship the item to you.

maddieskaggs3 @lashygirl76 interesting! I’ve never dealt with something like this before. I will ensure this package gets back to you, even if I have to go to the post office and create my own shipping label. I’m so sorry this happened. Whenever I sell bundles I always have to up the weight and pay more of the shipping because they are heavier. I’m not sure if I need to up the weight even more on a new label or if I need to change the box? But I will figure it out.

I will call them tomorrow when they open to hopefully get it back to you earlier. I don't want to hold payment up on your end either.

I have no idea what the issue was or why I wasn't informed of the situation. I just double checked my email and I have nothing from them stating an issue. I will see if I can figure it out within the next few days for you!

lashygirl76 Hi Maddie. Customer service got back to me and said that if I accept the package and send them a picture of the receipt, they would just credit my account. I went ahead and did that this morning so you wouldn't have to worry about it and it gives me an excuse to buy something else. Thank you for your quick response! Happy Holidays.

maddieskaggs3 @jerrydebra2 hello! I finally received a message back from poshmark and they have said they don’t allow replacements or exchanges through poshmark. They said it is hard for them to track in their system and they don’t support it. Therefore, they won’t send me a shipping label to send u more product. I would assume they would refund you the money spent on the item instead. I’m so sorry once again and if there is anything else I can do let me know
