hayleyq22 @madel_000 hey girl I had to cancel the order. I went to plug it and make sure everything was good and it heated up all the way to the temp I was trying to heat up to and then it flashed and made a pop sound so I think something blew inside it. Sorry for the cancellation but I didn’t want to send you something damaged.

roundtworetail @nikeafraley Hi there, so I looked into the question you had about California proposition 65 and it's warnings against harmful materials which can cause cancer and other health issues. Here's what I found: Ceramic tableware may fall under the California proposition 65 warning due to harmful materials, but these porcelain plates do not.

roundtworetail @nikeafraley Ceramic and Porcelain are basically the same thing- a mixture of clay and other materials which is fired in a kiln. The difference which separates the two is HOW they are made, porcelain is fired at a completely different temperature, greatly higher and because of that it makes the mixture much more pure and cleans away any impurities which may be harmful.
