jmmora07 Good afternoon, Thanks for the prompt shipping, but the watch is still connected to your Apple account, iPhone. It says " Activation lock. This watch is linked to an Apple ID. Enter the Apple ID and password used to setup this watch. Account f..... at g mail dot com I think you need to go into your accounts and remove the device and iPhone also. You have to go into settings Bluetooth and remove it from your iPhone. Thanks for your help
