hakescakes @maddischmitt12 you will need to get an 'overweight label' by doing this in the app: Go to your Account Tab (@username) Select My Sales and select the relevant order Select Need New Shipping Label From the menu, select Need Heavier Weight Label Then you will input the weight of your package :)
