elle_mae_ @gladys_cavazos Thanks for reaching out! Yes! I updated my address before placing the order with you and the Poshmark system didn’t update it before giving you a shipping label. I didn’t notice it until it said it was delivered. So, it was sent to my old address. I wonder if the person there now sent it back to you? I opened a claim to let Poshmark know what happened (it clearly wasn’t your fault) and CS was not helpful at all, so I counted it as a loss.
