myhappyplace22 @maepuyot Hello , the size you purchased is size 5.Unfortunately you can not return because of not knowing the size you wear. Posh mark does not allow items to be returned because you decide you just dont like or the size is wrong. You have to accept package and resell on Posh mark. I can not take return back.

You as the buyer, should ask me the questions. You did not ask me any questions.My closet guidelines, states ask questions before purchase and no retutns per posh mark policy if item does not fit or you do not want it anymore.

gresch Hello... thank you for your offer... I bought these last year. My daughter only worn the Uggs maybe 3 times before she outgrew them. We live in AZ .. not many cold days here. So they look brand new still. They come in their original box and with the authenticity card. I can't go any lower that my counter. Sorry...

ddemott7 If you look at tracking it left So Cal to Seattle/Tacoma (where I live) then left and is now being delivered in Albuquerque…. This is the current update and was supposed to be here by 9pm The address label is in Gig Harbor, WA so you might want to check ?????
