stacyjrusu @harrelsonmae thank you! I’m still waiting on a response from customer support. I’m hoping they will send you a prepaid label to send the sweater back. If they don’t, I will figure out a way to pay you for the shipping cost. I haven’t done this before so I’m not sure how PM will handle it.

kharnly2 @harrelsonmae did you ever receive the lipsense? I sent it I believe on or around 11/30 and it has yet to track at all. I've sent poshmark a few messages and it just says it can take longer to show tracking but this never tracked at all. I am so sorry this happened and that I couldn't respond sooner as it has been crazy with the holidays and everything
