mammer_jones Hi Maggie, just saw your review of the blouse. I always inspect items and disclose any flaws. I didn't notice any tears when I sent it. If you would like to return you can file a case with Poshmark or perhaps we can work something out? I strive for 5 star ratings and would like for you to be happy.

mammer_jones @maggieahm usually for returns you have to open a case with Poshmark instead of accepting the item. I can't do anything outside of Poshmark rules to help unfortunately. If there is another item I'm my closet you like for around 20 dollars I can send it to make up for this item and you can keep both. In return I would just ask for a better rating, as I've never had a 2 star rating in over 150 sales.

samstreasures I am so sorry, but the hanging shoe rack is no longer available, my Mom had given it to someone at church and I did not know, she apologized for not taking it off of Poshmark. Do you want pick something else around the same price as that or do you want me to refund and you can start over?. I will give you the 3 other items fir $15 if want.
