No worries, the USPS has been extremely unreliable with packages. My mom sent me a 2 day priority package from the East coast and it arrived 14 days later. I just hope the package arrives without damage. I will send you a message as soon as it arrives as the USPS doesn't even have the courtesy to update the tracking. Thank you for reaching out it is truly appreciated.

@sharonmay1974 I would recommend waiting until the package arrives in case it comes damaged so perhaps you can file a claim for that as well. I did receive an update last night that it departed Texas and it's on the way so hopefully it should be here soon. No worries about the delay it is something out of your control, but glad it's finally on it's way, was starting to worry that they might have claimed it was lost. Will let you know how the package arrives when it gets delivered.

Unfortunately the shipping box is all bent and torn, the doll box is also bent and the plastic is also in bad shape, the good news is doll is fine.

@mags830 These are pretty true to size. I liked that the toe box was roomy, if that helps. Definitely not as tight as their flats can be sometimes.
