suz5217 Magen, hi! I purchased the Bullet Proof Eyebrow makeup from Two Faced from you several months ago as a backup. I am not contacting you for a refund but for advice. The product is dried up. Is there anything I can do, e.g. add a few drops of water or glycerin and seal it back up for a few days to hydrate it a bit???
