@roubina33 Hey I just received my kate spade purse and love it, but the canvas strap is already ripped. It looks like it is a faulty stitch. I was wondering if you knew how I could get a replacement, please? Thanks so much!

@mploomis oh.. I checked them before shipping it and they were fine. Is there any Kate spade next to you? They will definitely replace it for you. Don't take the tags out .

@mploomis I just called them for you. All what u need is to take the bag back to them and if they have it in stock they will hive u a new bag. The serial number is in it . No need for tags
