plusone1 I'm so sorry the item arrived to you that way! I would be upset also, since I dont smoke. I have had this issue a couple times before and some of the mail carriers here smoke in their vehicles. I have been trying to work something out with my local P.O. to get them to enforce the no smoking rule so this doesn't happen again. Once again I'm so very sorry that happened!
