Hi! I'm Maggie. I sell to give my cats, my dog, my beautiful daughters and my awesome husband a better life. Lol. Along with being a wife, and a mom, I’m a disabled Marine Corps veteran, I fought in OIF ( Iraq War). I’ll try to post as much as I can, as I deal with Fibromyalgia and all sorts of other fun stuff. My son served in the Army & a former fiancé served in Desert Storm (like you). We have some things in common - besides our love for cats (dogs too) - as I have fibromyalgia too. It’s a beast!!!! So misunderstood. So much more I could say there. Anyway, I see you have more than 1 sweet kitty plus a dog

sirenmay05 @something2see Hello There 🤗, I love the pictures of your fur babies as well. It was my honor to serve my country, although I don't recommend it for everyone 😂. The disabilities are mostly the Fibro and PTSD, and some really messed up feet legs and back, but thankfully I am now getting some health care and benefits, which really helps because I had to stop working due to the Fibromyalgia.

sirenmay05 @something2see Fibromyalgia definitely is a beast, especially when you are first trying to figure out what is happening to you. I had a heck of a time getting diagnosed, but finally the Veterans Hospital figured it out and started providing me with health care. I'm so thankful because I had to stop working due to the Fibromyalgia.

sirenmay05 @something2see Ok, so names are from oldest to youngest 😂, Tiger (large fur ball dark gray) Duke, is the Dog, Mr. James Buns ( gray and white), Doom Kitty ( black kitty he passed this year 🥹), Kirito (Siemese Himalayan Mix), and Leo ( he is the little guy looking out the window. I call him neighborhood watch.

sirenmay05 @something2see Actually Duke is a rescue that I was able to adopt through a program for war veterans for free called Battle Buddies. He has been through a lot with me because of the PTSD. But I chose him because no one else wanted him because of how big he was and he was 5 yrs old already. He is such a big baby. 😂

I had to stop working because of fibro too (decades ago). Took 5 years for dx. My extended family doesn’t understand & were convincing my kids (teens then) that I was exaggerating.
