Hi! I'm Maggie. ❗️My closet will be closing for the summer beginning 5/12/2016. I hope to reopen before Labor Day. ❗️I joined Posh on 2/16. I'm a stay-at-home mom with two awesome kids; JT, my son is 9 and Riley, my daughter is 7. I love fashion, art and live television. My husband, Mike and our family live in southeast Florida. fallingleaves Hi! Sorry I am getting ready to leave town so my day has been all over the place. One thing I see people do is make a listing, any pretty cover shot, and title it "when you see this at the top I am away from posh" or something like that. If I see one, I will tag you so you can see it! And never worry about me being offended!! I always assume people have a lot going on and will be back! :)

fallingleaves Regarding your shipping, sometimes the post office is really off with their scans so I would give it a few days before you worry. I have had items so in process and then skip straight to delivered. And you are definitely not I nuisance, I don't mind helping at all!!

katzkoz Hey, Welcome to Posh! Its a pretty social and supportive community so if you ever have a question on anything..there's always a Posher around to help! Or just visit my closet and I'd be happy to help! SHARING is KEY! When you share an item to your "followers" it goes into the "feed" for them to see. The more followers U have, the more the item is seen. So...the more followers U have....the more potential sales! Any questions? Just ask me.

katzkoz @msox73 Good morning! Don't ya love "fallingleaves"? She very cool! So, U ordered something and she hasn't sent it yet? First, check and see if there's tracking on it. If there is, wait til you get it and if U don't like it, cancel it. If she HASN'T sent it and you've sent her emails, contact Posh now. U know how to do that? Go into your purchases of the item, it says contact Posh there. U need to let them know. Do U know how to take screen shots?

katzkoz @msox73 U need to take a screen shot of the email comments U sent her and then put that screen shot in where it says pictures. U don't have to but U want to give Posh as much info as possible. One thing I may or may not have told U is...ALWAYS get your your packages scanned at the Post Office. I know its a pain but then Uve done your job... .now its the post offices job to find the package.

katzkoz @msox73 I made THE BIG MISTAKE and sent a Poshers pax to the wrong Posher who also got one from me too! So, she got 2. Asked her to help me. She sd no problem. Sent her the label via email. 3 days later...she didn't send it. Contacted her. Said, opps, been busy. I'll mail it for U tomorrow. 5 days later....still not mailed. It got NASTY! AFTER A MONTH...the Posher finally got her shoes! BUT....The Posher kept the shoes and sent her something else!

msox73 @katzkoz I haven't heard a word from the seller. I ordered the pants on Feb 29 and I don't see any shipping number. The order still says, "in process." I know I've accidentally taken screen shots. 😉 Do I hold the circle button down? Now the other item, she says she shipped the jacket and I believe her. A shipping number was created on Feb 26, but that's it. I checked with USPS and that's all it says, "a shipping label was created on Feb 26"

katzkoz @msox73 So......not only get it scanned, be careful when U have several orders and always double check! I will NEVER make that mistake again. If you have any problem with not getting or pax being lost.....contact Posh right away so there's a log of it. Happened to me. Post office lost the package. I got paid and the Posher was refunded her money So either way.....they work it out for you. But.....DON'T SEND THE PAX TO THE WRONG PERSON!

msox73 @katzkoz OMG! That is terrible! I would NEVER EVER take something that wasn't mine. No matter what! Oops... I packaged up my first sale and gave it to my husband to mail from his work. I hope she gets it! I made sure to wrap it in a pretty gift bag with a matching thank you note. I wanted the buyer to feel the way I felt when I opened my package from @fallingleaves. katzkoz @msox73 Usps , like falling leaves said, gets their scanning mixed up and sometimes U wont see it updated and then its delivered. U, actually should get that pax today or tomorrow. As far as screen shots, if you take it with your phone, it's usually the two side buttons held together at the same time. Tablet/Computer its a pull down screen from the top of the tablet that also has info on settings, wifi, etc. Best thing...go to U Tube and enter what kind of device U have. Its there!

fallingleaves @katzkoz @msox73 hi ladies! Well I also mixed up packages once. Luckily, the two buyers were able to ship to each other. One of them took a bit longer to ship but it worked out in the end. It was always my fear to mix up packages and I am so paranoid now, I don't think I will ever do it it again!!!

katzkoz @msox73 I am a VERY bad judge of that! I tried to help my "friend" out and bought her MK bag.....listed it.....within FIVE MINUTES!!!!!!! I was told it was a FAKE!! A FAKE!!! Yep! I couldn't tell!!!!! It was new, looked like leather and it was beautiful! You would have thought the internet blew up when I listed it as "AUTHENTIC MK BAG!" Somehow...the MK Collectors knew! I took it off in 10 minutes and sold it for $20! Needless to say....no longer have that "friend"!

katzkoz @msox73 If you ordered 6....I would think the other 2 are just gifts. I know when I send an item to the buyer, I always include a gift, sometimes an extra shirt if they ordered only one. Unless you're paying extra...I would ask if its a gift and thank them. Unless I'm not understanding the situation.

triciatx @msox73 They are extra gifts, which is common. Accept the order. Give them a 5 star rating and in the comment/love note say thank you for the extra items. Love notes can be seen by everyone, so they are very important. 💗

The moment I left my job as a full-time mom was the moment I realized I already had my dream job. I quit the new job 9 months later. Now I'm selling the clothes I bought for that job on posh! 👍

msox73 @livliv12 It took me forever to figure out how to put stuff in order. Just decide how you want to organize everything. Pretend you want shirts to be first, then pants, shoes and last jewelry. You just work backwards. So you start with your jewelry... Pick the item you want dead last, Go to that item, hit edit (like you're changing the listing) then hit list. You "list" each item until you're done. Voila! Everything's organized and everyone sees your listings! Did that make sense?

fallingleaves @msox73 Hi, sorry l meant to write you back last night. Do not let some one opening a case against you get you down or make you not want to be on posh. It happened to me to when I first started. I was confident that what I sent was in excellent condition and I had the pictures to back it up. So I wrote to posh and said just that. And they ruled in my favor. Ypu should definitely state your side to posh. Did you write anything in response yet? What is the reason the buyer gave?

msox73 @fallingleaves She said the shoes didn't fit. They are the dark gray NWOT shoes in my closet. You can read what I wrote to her the moment I found out. She never responded and submitted a case before talking to me. And, she's not paying for the bundle, but that maybe because that was the only way to do it. I didn't want to mislead anyone so I wrote size 7 with *** in the title. In the description I said the shoes are a labeled a 7.5, but they were too tight for me so I'm selling them as a 7...

msox73 @fallingleaves thought I was doing it right? In her complaint she said she had photos to back it up. I don't know what she could be showing besides the label which I said was a 7.5. I was afraid if I wrote 7.5 in the title someone with that size foot would buy them and there was no way the shoes would fit. I submitted a response to posh saying just that.

I explained the mistake to her and even gave her a free necklace. And, I packaged everything as nice as possible... As I always do. What do you think I did wrong? Sorry this was so long!

fallingleaves I read what you wrote and that was really sweet! You listed the size in the description so I don't think you did anything wrong. When things are sold as a bundle a buyer cannot just accept part of it which is why the sale is on hold. I think posh would actually side with you, except for the fact that you told her you would return them. That could possibly affect their decision.

fallingleaves . Posh doesn't normally do you returns for things that do not fit. That is where reposhing comes in. And that is what I would have nicely told the buyer. If posh sides with her, I think the whole bundle will be returned to you. Which is fine, you can repost and sell again. I don't think you did anything wrong. Next time though, I wouldn't offer to return them. Instead, nicely state the posh policy for returns and suggest she reposhes them.

msox73 @fallingleaves I remember way back in 19 blah blah my criminal justice teacher wrote on the board, "ignorance is no excuse for the law." I think it applies here as well. I didn't even know you couldn't return items until another posher told me. And, of course by then it was too late. I think I'm going to write posh and let them know. It can't hurt, right? Thanks for all of your help... Again! 😊

msox73 @fallingleaves I knew it would go soon, no worries. 😩 (JK!) Thanks for thinking of me though 😊 Actually, I didn't even realize it, but posh emailed me last night and said her case was denied. I was so relieved! Like I told posh, it wasn't about the money. I just didn't want her or anyone else to think I had mislead or lied to them. Oh, and now my daughter has the flu 😟. I think we've used a gallon of Advil and Motrin for children! 😝

gracie434 I hope everyone your way is feeling better! I did direct deposit and from what I read it could take up to 7 days sometimes once the person has accepted the package. I thought it would be more immediate but it's not. I'm still waiting on a lady to accept the watch and it shows delivered so I messaged her and asked if there were any problems. Hopefully not! msox73 @gracie434 TY so much for asking! 😊 Unfortunately, my daughter is worse. 🤒So, we'll have to head back to the dr again tomorrow. 😟 I think it's crazy it takes posh DAYS to direct deposit your money! It should be immediate. I wonder why it's not? Also, if a buyer doesn't "accept purchase" posh does automatically on the 3rd or 4th day. I've had some ladies just forget b/c they're so busy. Then, a month later give me 5 stars. ☀️😊🌺
