alexandrarosen i am extremely sorry that you aren’t happy with your purchase, i thought that it was implied that the soles were worn out since i said they were size 5 but now fit size 7/7.5. i am very sincerely sorry for the misunderstanding

mannamiller @alexandrarosen thank you for apologizing I can add a star onto the order. Luckily it doesn’t cost much to replace the sole and you let the boots go for a great price. I assumed the size 5 meant UK sizes and could have clarified by asking for a photo of the tag. Thank you for your business because I will be wearing the shoes often once I’ve purchased a replacement sole!
