I'm looking for a dress for a formal activity and this one is perfect but I would need the measurement of the high waist area whenever you have a chance. Bust could be a little tight since I always try to get a 42" in that area Thanks

bessisme I got home this evening and measured the dress. If you look at the picture there are several rows of beading before the dress flavors out if you measure from where the arm pit ends to where the beading ends at the chiffon it is 3" if you measure that point across it measures 17". I hope this helps. Bessisme
