aotruba Hello, I have some questions about shipping the watch I purchased. I want to make sure that it is shipping to an address that coordinates with my holiday schedule over the next few weeks, since I will be travelling. I need to know what the overall shipping time will be for the watch so I can give you the correct shipping address. Thank you for your help.

mweiers82 @aotruba I shipped out the watch today. Since it’s a Poshmark “luxury item” it was shipped to Poshmark for inspection. They will then ship it to you once it’s verified. I’m not sure it’s it’s possible to change your address at this point. Perhaps reach out to customer service??

aotruba @mweiers82 I appreciate your responsive, but I tried to change the shipping address immediately, but I couldn't. However, it locked me out. It told me to then email customer service, but when I did it resulted in no help whatsoever. Its been two days and I have been unable to talk with them in any meaningful way. I will not be around to collect this package and obviously it can't be delivered and left on my stoop for 2 and a half weeks. There has to be a way for me to change this shipment.

mweiers82 @aotruba I’m very sorry about this situation. I was attempting to be a good seller and ship out the item in a timely manner. I will reach out to customer service as well, please keep trying yourself and keep me in the loop.

I can give you alternative addresses depending on what the projected final delivery time is, if and when you need it.

mweiers82 @aotruba can you have someone pick it up at your door for you while you’re away? I’m afraid of theft if we don’t end up figuring this out with customer service

aotruba @mweiers82 Is it being shipped by USPS or UPS, or what? If it is being shipped by the postal service I am hoping that it will be held along with my other mail untile I return after the new year. If UPS, I may be able to call them, but it would be easiest for whoever is shipping to make any changes.

mweiers82 @aotruba the prepaid label that they sent me was USPS. But that was to ship it to Poshmark, not your address so I’m not sure what carrier they’ll use to ship it to you

aotruba @mweiers82 Well, I did get in touch with customer service and I thought that they were going to resolve the shipping issue. However, I just received delivery confirmation from Poshmark and in the end they are still sending it to the wrong address, which is baffling to me. Perhaps you will have better luck communicating with them.

mweiers82 @aotruba I just got a shipping notification that it’s on it’s way to you. I don’t think there’s anything we can do at this point. It does look like it’s shipping via USPS so maybe they’ll hold it with your other mail?

aotruba @mweiers82 Thank you for trying. Poshmark's customer service has been pretty much useless. Unfortunately, as a result, I won't be able to receive the package until January 2nd at the earliest to inspect it. I hope you understand.

mweiers82 @aotruba the item has already been inspected and verified by Poshmark, I believe the funds transfer upon delivery? This is only my 2nd Poshmark sale, so I’m not super familiar with the process.

aotruba I just got home and picked up the watch at the post office. It looks great, but unfortunately its missing one of the included bands (the tan suede one) and the watch band tool. I was looking forward to using the tan band in particular. I am hoping that you just forgot to put it and the tool in the box. Thank you.

mweiers82 @aotruba hi, yes I forgot to put the tool in the box, I can send it to you separately if you prefer. The watch I purchased didn’t come with a tan suede band. The bands it came with were included in my shipment plus an extra blue leather one

aotruba @mweiers82 Yes, I would like you to send me the watch band tool. But are you sure you don't also have the suede band somewhere? Because that would then be the only thing missing from the images you posted of the watch. All the other bands in the images you had are in the box. Its quite a lot to replace that band and if you don't have it can we discuss some kind of rebate?

aotruba @mweiers82 I only received the first 3 bands on your list. I didn't receive the tan band in the pictures, or the green leather band on your list. I would like you to send me the missing tool as you suggested. That is appreciated. However, I think some compensation for the missing band that I never received is in order, unless you are able to recover it and send it to me as well. It's possible that Poshmark somehow forgot to send it after inspection, if so, you may want to take that up with them.

aotruba @mweiers82 Sorry to pester, but if you could get back to me by say 12pm PST (1/5) about sending me the missing strap and tool that would be great. aotruba I am sorry, I tried to contact customer service again for help about how to resolve this and they seem to have taken it upon themselves to initiate a return request. I was trying to resolve this directly with you and really do not want to do a return. I am sorry about this, but I am still new to Poshmark and am really struggling with the system and the lack of communication from customer service. Their email indicated that I had to submit any issues with the purchase.

mweiers82 @aotruba I do not have the other strap, I sent it in the original shipment. It may have been misplaced when Poshmark did the inspection? I just got an email about a ‘case’ being opened on this item. It said they would be working with you directly on what exactly was ‘not as described’. Maybe they can verify that the strap actually was in the box when they received it for inspection.
