grumpysgarments Shirley, Hi, you purchased a bundle from me earlier. I was packing your items up and noticed that the butterfly romper picture is really bright and doesn't capture the true color. I made another listing with a picture with natural light so that you can see it is more of rose color and not bright red like the photo captures. Just let me know if you still want it. It is pretty but I didn't want you to expect bright red and it be more rose that red. :-)

norasark67 Hi! Me again! I don't know what to do. Poshmark answered me by telling me to go ahead and print new label but when I got back to your order, still couldn't do anything since marked as shipped. Ugh! Left them another message. I do know how it normally works but the postal worker really screwed me up by marking this shipped. We may have to cancel. I am so very sorry.

shirleynaught @norasark67 do you still have the package? If so all you have to do is print and apply the new label. This just happened with a sale I made (accidentally put it in express packaging) - I applied the new label once they sent it back; shipping status never changed from “shipped,” but the buyer received the order...

shirleynaught @norasark67 If you’d prefer we cancel I can do that 7 days after order was placed or you can; but there’s also this weird glitch on posh that when you cancel an order the items remain marked sold so they’re not available to re-purchase even though I’d totally buy again if it came to that. 🤷🏼‍♀️
