Maggie it looks like I have switched your pants with another posher. Can you confirm and let me know how I can get both items to the correct posher. I will issue you a full refund and 30$ credit if you can please send the item to the correct posher at your expense if posh can’t send the pre paid label

Happy to do whatever works. How do we find out if poshmark can issue a pre-paid label?
Just let me know if I should contact them directly.
If it's easier to just have me send the pants to the right address let me know where they should go!

@mbbay thank you so much for understanding. Posh hasn’t given me instructions yet. They may just issue a refund and leave it up to you if you and the other posher wish to exchange on your own.. or they may send a paid label. The other posher is out of town and I’m not sure when she will be able to correspond with us. She was the one who alerted me to the issue.
So if you don’t mind just hold the item till we know what exactly to do. And again thank you for understanding 🙏

Thanks! I got a pre-paid label from Poshmark, so I sent out the pants to the intended recipient today. I will stay tuned and hopefully receive my package soon!
